Bear with me, it’s not as bonkers as it sounds!

On Tuesday 16th May breastfeeding experts Medela are bringing mums (and dads) across the UK together to chat all things breastfeeding over tea and cake with #TheBigBreastfeedingCafe.

It’s the second year running for the initiative which is designed to encourage and support breastfeeding mums (like things they don’t tell you about the first week of breastfeeding), raise awareness of breastfeeding in society (like why it’s perfectly ok to breastfeed in the pub!) and promote the importance of mum to mum support (like tips for pain-free breastfeeding).

Last year more than 500 mums joined together in more than 40 cafés across the country and this year, as a #MedelaMum, I’m hosting my own Big Breastfeeding Café!

You’re invited to my big breastfeeding café!

If you’re a breastfeeding mum or know someone who is we’d love you to join us, and even if you’re not currently breastfeeding we’d still love to see you – to be honest it would be great just to see another friendly face!

When: Tuesday 16th May 2017 from 9.30am – 11.30am

I’ll be there with Littlest B banging the drum for breastfeeding with free Medela samples, lovely goodies including smoothie samples and snack bars especially designed for nursing mums and £20 towards tea and cake – so the earlier you get there the better!
