Personalised canvas | £20

Mother's Day gift ideas

I don’t know about you but I’m terrible for having thousands of photos stored on my phone and computer without doing anything with them. If you’re guilty of photo-hoarding too Asda Photo has a varied and affordable range of personalised photo ideas, from mugs and cushions (currently with 10% off) to photo books and canvas prints in all different shapes and sizes. Every year we take a picture of our oldest (Bluebell) in bluebells and instead of storing the image on my phone this year Asda Photo very kindly transferred the latest picture to canvas for us – as you can see it makes the perfect Mother’s Day keepsake!

Mother's Day gift ideas

If you’re a regular follower of the blog you’ll know I’m a sucker for anything personalised, and Oliver Bonas has a fab range of alphabet gifts from coasters to jewellery boxes to jumpers. I just love their alphabet embroidered initial jumper which comes in sizes 6–18 with a white and metallic initial on the front.

Sand-free beach towel | £49
www.tesalate.com

Mother's Day gift ideas

As a mum it’s not often you get something just for yourself, which is why I’m loving Tesalate’s range of vibrant sand-repellant beach towels (such a thing does indeed exist – and even better they do ‘towel for two’ sizes too!) The Australian brand is hoping to make waves in the UK with their innovative towels, which not only repel sand thanks to special fabric technology but are also designed for yoga, picnics and lots of other outdoorsy activities.

Mother's Day gift ideas

They’re super lightweight and come in a handy travel pack, and because of their fabric technology they’re also fast-drying compared to traditional beach towels.

They very kindly sent me one to try out and I chose this ‘To Tuscany’ pattern which I just love because it makes me think of sun-drenched holidays and care-free days pre-kids.

Sand is also the bane of my life now I’m a mum, because even though the beach we live by is pebbled you’d be amazed at the amount of sand the kids manage to bring home. So, anything that helps minimise the sand-factor gets the thumbs up from me, and I have to say it’s also rather handy for the gym because it’s so lightweight and doesn’t get heavy and soggy when wet like normal towels!

Create your own hamper | £22.95
www.morsetoad.com

Mother's Day gift ideas

Letterbox friendly chocolate memory box company Morse Toad has a range of Mother’s Day gifts available including a ‘create your own hamper’ made with their signature Belgian chocolate. Simply choose your chocolate message, add up to three treats to the box from a choice of 14, including iced biscuits, socks and cake-in-a-mug mix, write your gift message and upload a personal photo to complete the hamper. And if you’ve left it to the last minute as well as being letterbox friendly (so your gift won’t end up at the sorting office) they do same-day dispatch too. For more gift ideas for Mother’s Day 2023 Tales from Mamaville has some fabulous new suggestions over on her blog.

Is there anything here that’s caught your eye in particular? I’d love to know what it is!
