Want to know what’s going to be included in Aldi’s new baby & toddler Specialbuy event?

I’ve had a sneak peek – and if you’re on the hunt for a bargain this January you’re going to love it!

If you haven’t heard of Aldi’s Specialbuy events before they’re exactly that – special buys featuring household names and Aldi’s own label ranges which are only available while stocks last.

Aldi’s first baby & toddler Specialbuy event of 2019 launched online on January 6 and hits stores on January 10, and includes big savings on big name brands including BabyBjorn and Nuby alongside Aldi’s Mamia range.

We were very kindly treated to a sneak peek and sent some of the products by the Aldi Specialbuy team, and I can safely say you won’t be disappointed! So, what’s up for grabs?

A sneak peek inside Aldi’s new baby & toddler Specialbuy event

Big ticket items include a BabyBjorn baby carrier for just £44.99 (that’s more than £25 less than its £70 rrp price) and a moses basket and stand bundle for £29.99 (more than £20 cheaper than Mothercare’s closest equivalent, which doesn’t include a stand).

There’s also a £17.99 changing backpack with insulated bottle holder modelled on Baba Bing!’s £49.99 Mani, making it 64% cheaper than the designer version, and jumbo bags of Mamia nappies for £4.39 (5.2p per nappy versus the Pampers equivalent at 14p per nappy).

As well as the big things there are also lots of essentials, the majority of which you’ll find for under £5, including Annabel Karmel’s baby & toddler feeding book (rrp £14.99) for £4.99 and baby freezer pots for £3.99.

There are also various toys and gifts from the award-winning Nuby brand, including bath ducks and teether socks (I wish I’d known about these when mine were teething – if I had £1 for every time I’ve wrestled chewed wet socks off a baby I’d be a lot richer than I am now!)

And there’s all the Mamia essentials including pouches, nappies and wipes alongside clothes including sleepsuits and socks.

Like all Aldi Specialbuys products are only available while stocks last, and when they’re gone, they’re gone, so you can either shop online now or find them in store from January 10. We’ll be heading to our nearest Aldi to have a rummage around – if you want to see what we find check out our Instagram stories where all will be revealed!

Do you shop at Aldi and are you a fan of their Specialbuy events? Is there anything in particular you’d like from the new baby & toddler event? I’d love to hear about your experience!

We were gifted a selection of items from Aldi’s new baby & toddler Specialbuy event and an Aldi shopping voucher in exchange for this post. As always, all opinions are my own and based on my own honest experience.
